Returns USB-HUB does not accept returns, however we do accept exchanges. We will only accept exchanges if: 1. The product is defective USB-HUB, warrants to the original purchaser that this USB-HUB flash drive shall be free of defects in design, assembly, material or workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase. USB-HUB will either replace any USB-HUB flash drive with the same or equivalent product free of charge.
