Q. What is a USB wrist band? A. The Customized USB Flash Wristband redefines wearable technology design by combining a portable flash drive that doubles as a wristband. Durable and stylish, the USB Wristband is the new, convenient way to transfer, share and save digital files. Whether it's homework, photos, graphics, music or e-mails, it's all protected beneath a flexible rubber shell. The Customized USB Flash Wristband design features a durable rubber molding that fits conveniently around your wrist, plugging into itself and protecting the drive from accidental damage or loss. Simply "unplug" the wristband and plug the drive into the computer's USB port.
Q. What makes this different from a regular Flash Drive? A. The USB bands are a lot more convenient to carry around and also act as a cool accessory that can be worn daily.

Q. What Operating Systems are supported? A. - Windows Vista/XP/2000/ME - MAC OS 9.0 and up - Linux with kernel 2.4 - Additional drivers required for Windows 98
Q. Is this material water proof? A. No. The product is water resistant and can repel a certain amount of water. However, if not taken care of can become vulnerable to water. USB-HUB is not responsible for loss of data due to mistreatment.
Q. What is the warranty like on these products? A. USB-HUB offers a limited 1 year Warranty. USB-HUB, warrants to the original purchaser that this USB-HUB flash drive shall be free of defects in design, assembly, material or workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase. USB-HUB will either replace any USB-HUB flash drive with the same or equivalent product free of charge. To obtain a replacement visit www.usb-hub.net and select the "contact us” page and enter your replacement request and a USB-HUB specialist will contact you shortly. Note: Original proof of purchase form the respective store is required. Warning: Do not use this product for any other purpose asides from that intended. Q. What are some operating considerations and precautions I should take into consideration? A. - Never disconnect the device while writing data. Q. What memory sizes does USB-HUB currently offer? A. Currently we only offer a standard size of 1GB and 4GB. However, we will offer more sizes soon.
Q. Does USB-HUB customize wristbands for each order? A. At this point in time we do not customize single orders. What you see online is what you get. However, we do customize wrist bands for large orders of 500 and above.
